Paws & Moore is a trading name used by Lewis Moore as a sole trader.
Moore Group is an additional trading and administrative name used by Lewis Moore for banking and business administration. It is not a separate company, partnership or other separate legal entity.
Paws & Moore and Moore Group must not be understood as separate limited companies or as entities separate from Lewis Moore.

4. Ecommerce platform and service providers
The online store is hosted and supported through Shopify.
Checkout, payment processing, fraud prevention, analytics, communications and other store functions may be provided by Shopify or by connected third-party service providers.
The identity and use of relevant service providers may vary over time. Their processing of personal information is addressed in the website’s Privacy Policy and, where applicable, the cookie-preference tool.
5. Order fulfilment
AutoDS may assist with product management, order processing and communication with third-party suppliers.
Products may be stored, packed or dispatched by suppliers, warehouses or other fulfilment partners located in different places.
We currently fulfil eligible orders for delivery within the United Kingdom and the United States. Delivery areas, estimated times and restrictions are explained in the Shipping Policy.
Paws & Moore remains the retailer and the customer’s point of contact for orders placed through www.pawsandmoore.uk. The use of a supplier, fulfilment partner, courier, Shopify or another service provider does not remove or transfer Paws & Moore’s obligations under the customer’s purchase contract or applicable consumer law.

We take reasonable steps to keep information concerning products, prices, availability and delivery accurate and up to date.
The website may occasionally contain typographical, technical, pricing or administrative errors. If an error affects an order, we will deal with it fairly and in accordance with the applicable contract and law.
